Ask. Nudge. Reply. How one happy customer becomes proof.

Good work, gathering dust.

Most customers read reviews before they call. When yours are thin, the work you’re proud of is invisible at exactly the moment it matters.

  1. Too few. A new customer compares your handful of reviews with a competitor’s pages of them, and picks the one that looks busier.
  2. Too old. A last review from long ago reads like a business that has slowed down, even when you’re fully booked.
  3. Unanswered. Silence under a review, good or bad, looks like nobody is listening. A short, human reply changes that.

How a review actually happens.

Five small moments. You only handle the first one.

  1. 01

    The job’s done

You finish the work, or your job software marks it complete. That’s the only thing you do.

  2. 02

    A friendly ask

Your customer gets a short text or email from your business with a one-tap link to your Google review page.

  3. 03

    A polite nudge

If they forget, a follow-up goes out. Never pushy, and every customer gets the same link.

  4. 04

    The review goes live

It lands on your Google profile in their own words. We watch for every new one.

  5. 05

    A reply in your voice

Every review gets a reply. Anything negative or sensitive is read by a person before it goes out.

Genuine reviews only. No exceptions.

  • Every customer gets the same link. No filtering out people who might be unhappy. That’s review gating, and Google doesn’t allow it.
  • We never buy or write reviews. Every review on your profile comes from a real customer, in their own words.
  • Sensitive replies wait for a person. Replies are drafted in your voice. Anything negative is read by a human before it goes live.

Want your whole Google profile handled too?

Review Management gets you more reviews and answers every one. Google Business Profile management keeps the rest of your profile accurate and active, with weekly posts and photos. The Growth System does both, plus your website.

Is this for you?

A good fit if

  • You serve customers one at a time, and most of them leave happy.
  • Your reviews are few, old or unanswered, and you know you deserve better.
  • You’d rather not remember to ask, chase and reply yourself.

Probably not, if

  • You want reviews bought, written or filtered. We don’t do that, ever.
  • You see only a few customers a year. Reviews will come, just slowly.
  • Your whole Google profile needs a rebuild. Start with Google Business Profile management, or the Growth System.

Especially good for

  • Home services
  • Automotive
  • Dental & health
  • Beauty & wellness
  • Professional services
  • Other local businesses

Review questions.

The questions business owners ask us most about reviews. If yours isn’t here, email Devon.

Can you remove negative reviews?

Not on demand. Nobody honest can. If a review is fake or breaks Google’s policies (spam, off-topic, conflicts of interest, harassment), we flag it through Google’s process. Google decides, and removal is never guaranteed.

For genuine negative reviews, the fix is a calm, specific reply and a steady flow of new reviews from your happy customers. One bad review surrounded by recent good ones reads very differently from one bad review on its own.

How do you get new reviews?

After a job or appointment, your customer gets a short text or email with a one-tap link to your Google review page. If they don’t respond, a polite follow-up goes out. We also set you up with a QR review kit for the counter or the truck.

Every customer gets the same link. We don’t filter out people who might be unhappy (that’s called review gating, and Google doesn’t allow it), and we never buy or write reviews.

Will this help me show up higher on Google?

It can help, but nobody can guarantee a position, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Google says local results are based on relevance, distance and prominence. Reviews are part of prominence, and a complete, active profile helps with relevance.

We work on the parts you can influence: review volume and freshness, your profile’s categories, services, photos and posts, and consistent business details. Distance from the searcher isn’t something anyone controls.

Do you reply to customer reviews?

Yes. Replies are drafted in your voice, usually within minutes. Anything negative or sensitive is held for a person to read before it goes live, so nothing posts that shouldn’t.
