Good businesses deserve to be found.

The local favourite.
Before the first hello.

You do the good work. We help people find it—with real customer reviews, a stronger Google presence, and a website that turns interest into enquiries.

One connected system.
Three reasons to choose you.

The problem we fix

Good work can still be easy to overlook.

Most local customers compare you before they contact you. A quiet review profile, stale listing or confusing site can lose the call before your phone ever rings.

  1. 01

    The reviews went quiet.

Your best work is happening offline, while an older or thinner review profile makes a competitor look safer.

    Fix this part
  2. 02

    Your Google profile looks neglected.

Missing services, old photos and unanswered reviews create doubt before anyone reaches your website.

    Fix this part
  3. 03

    The website makes people work.

If a visitor has to hunt for the service, the area or the call button, the next search result is one tap away.

Super Movers

Super Movers had a Google profile almost nobody saw and no reviews on it. Devon set up their review-request system. After that, their customers did the work. Fifteen reviews in a month, and a profile that finally looks like the business behind it.

04The path to a yes

Seen. Trusted.
Chosen.

One customer journey. Three quiet moments working together.

  1. A customer sends a star review from a phone to a local shop.

    01

    A happy customer speaks up.

We make the ask easy—and keep every review real.

  2. A local storefront appears on a folded map beneath a location pin.

    02

    The next customer finds you.

Your Google presence makes a strong first impression.

  3. A customer steps through a storefront doorway inside a phone as a telephone rings.

    03

    Interest becomes a conversation.

A clear website makes the next step obvious.

Built for local businesses.

If your customers search Google before they call you, this works. Pick yours and see what changes.

Example

When a pipe bursts, people call whoever looks reliable in the top three. Recent reviews that mention showing up on time do most of the work.

06How it works

Four steps. The first one’s free.

Scroll to follow the journey—or choose a stage.

  1. We look at what your customers see: your Google profile, your reviews next to your competitors’, and your website on a phone. You get the gaps in plain English.

  2. The biggest problems first. Profile categories and details, missing photos, unanswered reviews, and the parts of your site losing calls.

  3. Review requests, replies and monitoring go live, usually in about 48 hours. Devon handles the setup with you remotely, so your team knows exactly how it works.

  4. Fresh reviews, regular Google posts, replies to every review, and a short monthly report on what changed.

Step 1 of 4: Audit.

08Questions

Straight answers.

The questions local business owners actually ask us. If yours isn’t here, email Devon.

All questions hello@revuno.ca
Can you remove negative reviews?

Not on demand. Nobody honest can. If a review is fake or breaks Google’s policies (spam, off-topic, conflicts of interest, harassment), we flag it through Google’s process. Google decides, and removal is never guaranteed.

For genuine negative reviews, the fix is a calm, specific reply and a steady flow of new reviews from your happy customers. One bad review surrounded by recent good ones reads very differently from one bad review on its own.

How do you get new reviews?

After a job or appointment, your customer gets a short text or email with a one-tap link to your Google review page. If they don’t respond, a polite follow-up goes out. We also set you up with a QR review kit for the counter or the truck.

Every customer gets the same link. We don’t filter out people who might be unhappy (that’s called review gating, and Google doesn’t allow it), and we never buy or write reviews.

Will this help me show up higher on Google?

It can help, but nobody can guarantee a position, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Google says local results are based on relevance, distance and prominence. Reviews are part of prominence, and a complete, active profile helps with relevance.

We work on the parts you can influence: review volume and freshness, your profile’s categories, services, photos and posts, and consistent business details. Distance from the searcher isn’t something anyone controls.

Do you reply to customer reviews?

Yes. Replies are drafted in your voice, usually within minutes. Anything negative or sensitive is held for a person to read before it goes live, so nothing posts that shouldn’t.

Do I need a new website?

Not necessarily. The audit looks at the one you have. If it loads fast, works on a phone and makes it obvious how to call or book, keep it. If it’s losing people, we can build one on a monthly plan, and after 12 paid months it’s yours.

How quickly can we get started?

Your audit comes back within one business day. After that, setup is usually live within about 48 hours. Devon handles the setup with you remotely, configured around how your business already works. Businesses often see the first new reviews within the first week or two, though it depends on how many customers you serve.

What happens during the free audit?

We look at what a customer sees: your Google profile, your rating and review count next to your nearest competitors, how recent your reviews are, whether you reply, and how your website works on a phone.

You get a plain-English report with the biggest gaps and what to fix first. Devon reads every request personally. There’s no sales call unless you want one.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Every plan is month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime with no cancellation fee. Website plan prices are locked in for as long as you stay. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial: the full system is set up, and if it isn’t right for you, cancel before day 14 and you pay nothing.

Your Google profile, your domain and your content always stay yours. If you leave, we hand them back. Pay for any plan yearly and you get two months free.

Do I own my website?

Yes. After 12 paid months the website is yours outright: the design, the pages and the files. You can stay on for hosting and edits, or take it anywhere.

You can end your plan at any time. If you leave before month 12 and want to keep the site, pay the months left at your website plan’s price and it’s yours that day. Website plans have a one-time setup fee by tier, which is waived with yearly billing and always on the Revuno Growth System. Review and Google Business Profile plans have no setup fee.
